I am currently accepting new clients.

I offer a complimentary 20 minute phone introduction before our initial session. Rightness of fit is imperative when choosing a therapist. I want to ensure you feel confident in your choice and that I will be able to meet your needs based upon my scope of practice.

I reserve a few slots for sliding scale. Please inquire if this is something you are in need of.

Base Rate:

• Individuals: $175 for a 54 minute session
• Now accepting out-of-pocket payment on a sliding-scale and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) open card clients.

Insured By Another Provider?

If your insurance will accept out of network providers, Blue Skies Counseling LLC will provide you with a receipt/superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Work with your insurance company to clarify your coverage policy by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• How many sessions are covered?
• Is Telehealth covered?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Do my benefits cover sessions with an LPC-Associate?
